LazyWeb: An Idea Feed

LazyWeb: the idea that "if you wait long enough, someone will implement that wacky idea you had." Similar to some things Andrius and I tried to brainstorm last year -- an economy of wishes, and idea feeds, among other things -- and after a prodding from Clay Shirky, Ben Hammersley has cobbled together a first pass at collecting ideas and general feature requests into an RSS feed, and is also publishing it via LazyWeb.org.
